• BS Engineering Graduate, major in civil or chemical preferred
• With at least five (5) years in relevant capacity working in a concrete laboratory, concrete/cement/precast plant lab or consultant/specification engineer
• Good command of both written and oral English, Arabic is a distinct advantage
