Responsibilities include:
1. Meeting up with all the requirements and solving essential problems to get approvals on time from the AUH municipality.
2. Extensive involvement within all the AUH municipality departments
3. Obtain and maintain a positive relationship with all AUH municipality departments.
4. Fulfilling the duties for the consultancy firm towards the contractor in order to set the path to start construction.
5. Must be aware of all the laws and regulations for the building permit within all the zones of the city of Abu Dhabi.
