QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MECHANICAL (Tendering and Post Tender). Qualifications and Experience: Graduate / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, having minimum 5 years experience (UAE / GCC) in quantity surveying / estimation of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) in commercial / residential buildings, hotels, industrial units, Hospitals and multi-use developments. Understanding of MEP system drawings / BOQ / specifications to quantify the equipment / materials. Skillful in floating enquiries, negotiations and estimating the value for the MEP systems. .
