DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the Student Registration.
Supervises and coordinates all aspects of student transportation bus operations.
Oversees the establishment and revision of bus routes; prompt resolution of student transportation problems; coordination of student transportation with school and parents.
Inspects buses for cleanliness, condition of seats, mechanical and body condition, and vandalism.
Completes reports and keeps records as required by the SCHOOL and company.
Monitors the punctuality and attendance of the drivers and bus attendant.
Monitors the maintenance report of all buses.
Coordination with the drivers and Bus attendant the required route.
Creates positive relationships with school administrators and parents of children who will use the transportation system.
Organize the schedule to the drivers for field trips.Oversees the entire operation and handle all relative matters.
Performs related duties and responsibilities as requested by the direct superior.
Prepares correspondence on student transportation issues and announcement for the school, parents and student as required.
Answers mail and phone requests for information on bus routes and stop locations, and reviews requests for schedule changes.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: The SCHOOL TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR should be MALE / FEMALE with 5 Years Experience in the same field. Should be at least between 28 to 35 years old. Excellent oral and written communications and human relations skills. Preferably with Driving Licence. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Maintains appropriate confidentiality. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships; demonstrates a commitment to teamwork. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Maintains high level of ethical behavior and promotes good morale. Ability to deal courteously and effectively with school officials, parents, company and others.
