The Secretary and Business Support Representative gives direct support to a team of Sales Territory Managers covering 20+ Middle East countries and 250+ wholesale customers. You will be responsible to manage the supply process for confirmed orders with our overseas manufacturers. You will issue Purchase Orders, follow up on shipments and validate shipping documents. Recording, administering and reporting on all pending orders is part of your responsibility. Liaison with international suppliers on order execution will be intense and daily. Strong interaction is required with the sales team and opportunity management team during the handover of closed deals and for after sales support.
Requirements
Experience in a trading company is preferred, ideally in the UAE. We search for an energetic positive personality, a team worker and quick learner who takes responsibility and works independently as part of our team. Good English knowledge in speech and writing required. Working knowledge of most customary office applications is required and preferably experience with ERP systems.
