The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with executive secretarial /similar background aged 25-36.You must be well-organized personality and be able to write and speak excellent English. Job responsibilities includes but not limited to coordinate General Manager’s Office; draft- business letters, Memos etc, Comprehensive diary and File management, travel and Air ticket arrangements, Business communication’s by Email, telephone, etc, handling Official documentations in high standards of professional integrity.
Experience of minimum 02 years in similar role is mandatory.
