For a fast growing Children training center in Musaffah (near Abu Dhabi), we require a strong Administrator who can take care of the complete administration of the Institute. The duties include, but not limited to,  welcoming the parents and children, preparing attendance sheet, statement of accounts at the end of every day and Course Instructors remuneration, taking care of PRO jobs, maintaining inventory, preparing loss / profit statements, follow up of enquiries and pending payments from the Parents, coordination with our Head Office, arranging materials required by students and teachers, conducting presentations and seminars, Business development, arranging candidate interviews, relieving the Academic Director of all the administration jobs, finalizing the starting of new batches in coordination with the course Instructors, maintaining cordial relationship with the staff and the Parents and taking care of the security of the students, Filipino lady candidates preferred. We require a degree holder with a minimum of one year experience as an Administrator. Good growth and job prospects assured for the right candidate.
