Requirements
B.Sc. Civil Engineer, with at least 10 years cost estimation and unit rate analysis or cost control work experiences which minimum of 5 years should be in the UAE. Must have analytic thinking for direct and indirect cost estimation, planning and cost calculation processes preferably developed through infrastructure and superstructure projects in the UAE. Must be self motivated and able to take responsibility of cost estimation and decision making during estimation process. Should be well aware of tender preparation phases and be able to manage and supervise multi-national estimation team.   Candidates must be currently in UAE for interview and assessment.
