HVAC Technician : Key Skills - To maintain AHU, FCU, FAHU, KEP, SEF and components related to same. Knowledge of Actuator, VAV, VFD is a must. To have experience in Chilled water and air balancing, operation and maintenance of water cooled and air cooled Chillers. Exp. in troubleshooting and well aware of PPM (Planned Preventive maintenance) procedures. Diploma or 2 years Industrial training course with 2-5 yrs. exp. in Facility Management Companies or maintenance works in UAE.
