Operations Supervisor : Key Skills - 3-5 years exp. in operating facilities management projects, managing subcontractors, Diploma holder, ability to lead, supervise and motivate number of technicians under his responsibility. Ensure all operations and maintenance tasks including emergency, corrective and planned preventive maintenance are performed in conformity with the best practice work methods, quality standards, follow health and safety guidelines, ability to troubleshoot all type of facilities systems including HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, ability to communicate and report professionally his manager, having good customer service skills.
