We are looking for qualified Executive Secretary, either male or female with excellent  communication skills, working knowledge in MS Office applications and internet usage.  Capable of handling self-correspondence/ email  management. Good administrative skills. Co-ordination  of meetings, arrangement for travel and hotel booking.  Has experience in documents control like sale and rental agreement, preparation of minutes, maintenance of office records. With good Inter-personal skills and should be able to perform duties under pressure and can meet deadlines. Multi-tasking ability and with minimum supervision.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree,  with minimum 7 years experience in multi-national , trading and manufacturing company. Preferably with sales and marketing work experience as well. Must be fluent in English language both oral and written. With shorthand experience and with a typing proficiency of 60wpm, well efficient in their field as well as hard worker.  Work location is in Abu Dhabi.
