* Arranging Transfers, Hotel Booking and Tour arrangements for clients.
• Collecting and processing payments
• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes.
• Dealing with complaints or refunds.
• Follow up with Drivers/ Tour Guides.
• Re-confirm the tours with the Clients.
• Update day to day operations.
• Maintaining Hotel Contracted Rates up to date.
• Coordinate with Hotel / Suppliers.
Requirements
Must have 2-5 years work experience in the same field. Customer Oriented and Flexible with Pleasing personality. Preferably Arabic.
