Minimum 2 years in office administration and indoor sales Possesses good personality and proactive in managing day to day work and objectives Preferably with background in the automotive industry or sales of automotive parts Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Excel, Word, Power point Must be knowledgeable in computer operations and the internet Able to compose effectively letter of correspondences through mails and other communications Able to organize the showroom and maintain office files and sales records in an efficient manner Able to manage telephone calls and inquiries effectively and professionally Must be fluent in English language Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural work environment Willing to work on extended hours as needed.
