We are looking for a UAE National for HR Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to HR Delivery team and employees covering all areas of the employee lifecycle including performance, disciplinary, grievance and attendance management consistent with employee standards, legislation and guidelines. The key responsibilities will include : - Manage diaries and meeting schedules of HR Delivery team as required; - Provides assistance in the scheduling of meetings and appointments such as disciplinary, appeals and other employee related issues; - Responsible to keep the HR delivery trackers are updated real time as this is the basis of preparing report for the senior managers: - Leavers tracker - Disciplinary and grievance tracker - Police cases - Employees with medical issues - Documents received from shared service and distributed to employees - Create and maintain an efficient filing system and ensure that all files related to employees are save in the proper shared folders; - Maintain soft copies of standard templates and formats to facilitate consistent and efficient documentation; - Manage general office administration and housekeeping of the HR delivery service office; - Drafting and reviewing letters, reports and correspondence such as disciplinary invitation; - Ensure that written correspondence and internal letters are distributed to the concern department/people: - Employment contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, etc. - Original passports after visa stamping - Salary letters - Other original documents - Assist in preparation of presentations, proofreading/ formatting documents, and assisting with correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc; - SAP user – Site Purchasing Coordinator. (SRM, Trips, Petty Cash); - Act as the first point of contact of employees from both inside and outside the organization; - Ensure that EIC tickets are raised and assigned appropriately to the HR delivery team; - Provides support to employees in the use of MyHR, including acting as MyHR Super-User within their contracts; - Provides administrative support for employee relations issues to the HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor; Salary offered is AED 12000 per month (all inclusive) plus standard benefits.
