The role for this position will be to report into the Contracts Director and be part of an in house Contracts team managing existing and future Contracts. KEY DUTIES
Audit all outgoing / and incoming project correspondence.
E-Document and archive all outgoing / and incoming project correspondence.
Perform factual research
Organize and analyze information / Cross-check and validate information
Draft legal documents and legal memoranda
Prepare correspondence
Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy
Build and maintain databases and files
Organize and track files / Maintain Contracts library.
