Position: Project Manager (Civil) Ref.: 6PMCVL
Salary: AED 35K/Month

Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate Civil Engineer having 15 years of experience in the construction of residential, commercial, mixed-use building projects.
- Knack of and proactive in resource planning, time management, sub-contract coordination, drawing and design management, controlling and monitoring of the project.
- Leadership quality to lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
- Familiar with local authorities’ regulations.
- Knowledge of planning tools, FIDIC, standards and codes.
