We are looking to hire a young and energetic IT administrator for our company based in Abu Dhabi. He should have at least 2-3 yrs of experience in maintaining and operating full IT Infrastructure for a small to medium business. Should be able to install and configure servers, troubleshoot all IT errors, administer user and computer accounts, and maintain associated security, telephony and attendance monitoring systems. Should be able to Design, build and deploy Microsoft Windows servers and the network services provided by those servers in a virtual and physical environment. Troubleshoot, support and maintain the hardware, routers, switches and operating systems. Design, deploy and support Active Directory and related services in a multi-site, multi-domain environment.
After acquiring the suitable job every worker start seeking the ways of promotion. It is fact some people rise in rank rapidly while other could not. There are some common differences in these two types of workers.
