Perform routine secretarial duties, answering or referring inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person’s according to their needs. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents, take dictation, type and distribute minutes of meetings, implement and maintain office systems, handle incoming mail and other material, set up and maintain filing systems, communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information, coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally. Perform other related duties as required.
