Directs the establishment of project cost estimation procedures, guides books/ manuals and implementation of computerized estimation system. . 10-12 years work experience in engineering and/or construction fields or project cost estimation, at least 4 years of which should have been in a supervisory capacity. . Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering and Construction Project Cost Estimation.
