Inside Sales Representative The Inside Sales Representative will generate and follow up on leads, present company products and develop offers and solutions to ensure the realization of the sales plan. Job specific tasks:
• Responsible for GCC market
• Creating, enhancing and searching for new business sales opportunities via phone and e-mail
• Present company product and service range
• Develop customer base through cold calling and prospecting
• Perform sales calls and meeting with clients
• Develop weekly sales schedule and secure approval from sales manager
• Work towards achieving personal and sales targets
• Enter all customer interaction data on the CRM
• Develop offers and solutions according to price lists and approval from Sales Manager
• Follow up on sent offers and proposals
• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Sales Manager of any problems that may arise
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls as needed
• Follow up on client collections
• Reporting to the Sales Manager and coordinating with Sales team
• Research new tendencies and opportunities in the market
• Develop marketing and sales reports
• May be required to travel on occasion Candidate Profile • min 3 years of experience in inside sales of technical products
• Sales experience in the GCC market is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail Personality Traits
• Positive attitude
• Confidence and persistence
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent presentation skills Educational Background
• Marketing/sales university degree
• Knowledge of industrial products is a plus Languages
• Very good command of the English Language
• Arabic is a MUST
• Knowledge in Iranian languages is a plus.
