Candidates must possess a degree in Education, a Level 3 Cache Certificate or any relevant qualification. Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in this role. The candidate is expected to play a fundamental role in nurturing the development of children by meeting their individual and specific needs, discovering their preferences, encouraging their strengths and supporting any areas of development.
