Senior Account Officer

A qualified Indian Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 – 3 years of work experience in Real Estate and Construction Industry. The Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of handling company accounts. He shall be responsible for preparation of daily / weekly /monthly and yearly reports, Profit and Loss statement, Balance sheet, reconciliation, developing and maintaining annual revenue and capital items, budgets, fund flow etc. He shall have multitasking capabilities with knowledge of handling accounts of various group companies individually and collectively. He should posses good analytical ability, be capable of identifying problems and thrust areas. He should make suggestions, resolve all issues by initiating remedial action, ensuring company accounts are complying to banking requirement for bank facilities and bank loan. He should give sound and meaningful financial advice to the management.
