A highly reputed MNC (technical sector) is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Dubai. Responsibilities: Offering technical support and training for existing distributors, agents and key customers in the region; Providing technical support including battery sizing calculations, support of discharge tasks at customer site; Handling technical problems and claims, warranty statistics, competitor observations; Supporting the Sales Director in the realization of the business plan for the region; Sales responsibility for certain areas or key accounts, Preparing tender and specification documents; Visiting the client as needed at their premises or at customer sites and resolving technical matters; Organizing and conducting workshops for technical and service teams at key accounts.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role; preferably from energy solution/standby systems or battery sales background. Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field. Excellent command of the English language.
