On the business development side: Promote our services and produce sales Identify potential clients and maximize on Events and Meetings Contribute to the targets outlined in the Marketing Plan of the hotel, whilst maintaining guest satisfaction Assist with negotiating banqueting and catering event orders within approved guidelines, and produce all sales contracts and rate agreements Maintain the strictest confidentiality Never to mention to anyone outside of the company who they saw or repeat any discussions overheard. On the event operation side: Define equipment needs for the event with Executive chef and Supply chain officer. Define staff needs on per event basis. Attend each event and supervise from set up to end of the event. On the event administration side: Develop an outside catering event menu for all services proposed by our company with the Executive Chef. Requirements
Qualifications and Education: Degree in hospitality studies or 3 years’ experience Experience: 3 years of experiences in the hospitality industry preferably in fine dining restaurant and ideally in an Hospitality related environment. Training: HACCP, training would be essential. Knowledge: F and B knowledge, Computer literate Language: Ability to speak fluently the national language and English to be able to communicate effectively with the customer. Transportation: Must have a valid UAE driving licence Preferably on a Husband's or Father's visa.
