Receptionist / administrative assistant

The receptionist / administrative assistant will greet clients and visitors in a positive and professional manner. This person is required to be courteous at all times and prompt in assisting visitors and clients.
A. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
B. Answer main switchboard and direct calls to appropriate departments.
C. Greet clients/visitors upon arrival to the office.
D. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone calls.
E. Coordinate and maintain courier records.
F. Respond to public inquiries
g. Provide word processing and secretarial support
h. Coordinate housekeeping to keep office, reception and conference room clean
i. Arrange overseas travel visas and local visa submission at dmcc assist in day-to-day administrative operations of the office
j. Coordinate office and other special events.
