We are looking for an energetic, team player to oversee the production of wood craft at our Furniture and Architectural wood works production factory in Shehaniya. In order to apply, you must meet the following criteria:
• Should be a master Craftsman in Furniture and/or Cabinet making (Woodworks), with relevant qualifications and track record.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Able to cost and price jobs/products.
• Experience in Managing People.
• Able to train and supervise a team of artisans and craftsmen.
• Able to manage and oversee high quality production of wood craft.
• Fluent in English (Arabic would be a plus) and good communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to produce high quality work.
• Excellent knowledge of woodworks techniques and materials.
• Experience in working with people from various cultures is a plus.
• Develop and supervise production processes and quality control.
