Candidate should have a master degree in architecture with minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE. The Candidate should have good knowledge of construction projects including planning, organising, and controlling projects; conducting quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors, staff etc. The candidate should have ability to review project proposals and plans; liasoning with consultant and contractor, developing effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.  Should be able to understand design, drawings and layouts, estimation for the project as per construction laws of UAE. Good Knowledge about the latest construction codes used in Dubai region for construction of residential and commercial building. Must have sound knowledge in designing of the commercial and residential project along with its infrastructure requirements.
