Mechanical Specialist â?? URGENTLY required in UAE. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years experience in Mechanical Commissioning field preferably with background on POWER PLANTS. Candidate must be able to read piping and instrument drawings and other engineering documents. Knowledge in Operation of common Smelter equipment such conveyors, pumps, fans, airslides/conveying systems, tending cranes, furnaces, cooling towers, rotary feeders, compressors, Hoists, Dust Collectors, HVAC, Hydraulic Units, Heat exchangers, silos. Knowledge in Safety requirements, construction techniques, tools and equipment and protective tagging systems. Operates from established and well-known procedures under general directions.
