Additional Details:
• Degree holders with excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal form.
• Experience working in a similar role is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Previous call centre experience is an ideal choice.
• Typing speed of not less than 35 wpm is a must.
• Ability to multi-task; can work under minimal supervision and must have a keen eye for details.
• Ability to research and understand various topics as required by the job.
• Computer and internet literate. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other internet tools.
