On the lounge side: 1. Politely take drink/refreshment orders from passengers and crew. Prepare refreshments to a consistently high level 2. Serve refreshments according to service training guidelines and etiquette (Arabic coffee service etiquette required) 3.Refer any flight/company specific requests to the FBO staff. 4.Maintain the strictest confidentiality. Never to mention to anyone outside the company who they saw in the lounge or repeat any discussions overheard. On the catering side: 1. Meet crew on arrival after VIP passenger is taking care of. 2. Promote our services Excellent knowledge about the type of meals and service who can be provided at DWC airport. 3.Knowledge of customer expectations and requirements. Ability to check all available service articles quickly and procures suitable answers to the customer. 4. Excellent knowledge about the type of meals and service who can be provided. 5. Clean and repack equipment handed-over by the customer
Requirements
Preferably ladies with driving license and willing to work in Dubai. Qualifications and Education: Degree in hospitality studies or 3 years’ experience: 3 years of experiences in the hospitality industry preferably in fine dining restaurant and ideally in an airline related environment. Training: HACCP, training would be essential. Knowledge: F and B knowledge, Computer literate Language: Ability to speak fluently the national language and/or English to be able to communicate effectively with the customer.
