The candidate would be expected to assist the company in corporate matters and a portion of which would require basic understanding of the UAE Company Law and the procedures associated with the company formations and processes.


The candidate to become acquainted with and open clear lines of communication with various government departments which would include among many, the Department of Economic Development, the Land Department, the free various free zones, the Municipality.
