The village of pemberton is accepting applications for a well-organized, detail-oriented office assistant to fill in for a maternity leave. This full time position will be responsible for providing reception and clerical services for the larger organization and various duties as assigned.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering telephones, responding to general inquiries and processing customer service requests; receipting payments; drafting letters, memos and policies; undertaking basic project research; taking minutes; completing procedural forms as well as compiling statistical information.
