1.1      general office housekeeping
1.2      assisting with document / report compilation for staff, including binding, packaging etc
1.3      photocopying / scanning of documents for office staff
1.4      preparation  of coffee / tea for office staff and visiting clients
1.5      stock control of kitchen supplies / order processing
1.6      handle the kitchen equipments / utensils and maintain cleanliness of the same
1.7      provide assistance for company furnishings needed to be moved or transferred from one place to another
1.8      providing relief cover to office switchboard when necessary
other duties as requested from time to time
