- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Have good knowledge of local vendors dealing with engineering goods and heavy machineries/vehicles
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on timely delivery; local and international.
- Knowledge in importing and exporting of goods
- Negotiate with vendors on purchasing (in consideration to quality, best price, and delivery time)
- Must be aware of viable cost reduction techniques
- Maintain vendors list database and updated purchasing records/data
- Good communication and negotiation skills
