• B.Com in Accounting and Finance and at least 5-7 years experience
in the Middle East (CMA, CFA or other qualifications will be an
advantage).
• Proficient in the use of Peach tree accounting software or other similar accounting packages.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably with a contracting company background.
• Good knowledge of and negotiating skills in banking facilities.
• Experienced in preparing requirements for bank guarantees, letters of
credits and other bank reporting requirements.
• Adept at preparing budgets and weekly cash flow for projects and the company as a whole.
• Well-versed in the preparation of quarterly and yearly financial reports for management and external audits.
