Proposals Engineer, Site Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE:  This role encompasses the responsibility for the management of the estimating process in the preparation of accurate base cost estimates and the direct responsibility for the compilation, and submission, of concise and high quality proposal documents for company tenders for tunnel ventilation and automation scopes and coordinate the awarded project execution.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, understanding, analysing and accurately assessing all requirements. • Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines. • Liaison with the material suppliers, equipment vendors and sub-contractors to ensure accurate and timely receipt of quotations. • Prepare Expression of Interest , Letter of Award and Pre-Qualification requirements. Oversee and coordinate performance and activities of instrumentation and electrical site engineering personnel / subcontractors Prepare project program schedules
Qualification and experience : Bachelor's degree / diploma in electrical / instrumentation engineering and 2-4 years of experience in the proposal and project coordination. Good English communication and Experience in AUTOCAD.
