Urgent Opening Operations Director
We are looking for and young dynamic, charismatic Director, Service Operations; who can look after our marketing, contact center (CC) and other related business activities. In order to apply, you must meet the following criteria:
• The duty is to demonstrate the ability of organizing and managing the smooth running of various contact center functions through qualified and multi-skilled manpower. The successful operation of the contact center (CC) should guarantee/ earn the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate all the various functions of CC and assign responsibilities in regard to contact center services, directory information, customer care and field installation team.
• Ensure all the standards are as per ISO 9000-2008 / 27001
• Ensure required state of art technologies are equipped in CC and properly maintained. Also, ensure it’s are under approved budget.
• 3-5 Years of experience in same or equivalent position. Experience in Telecom industry is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in Contact Centre management.
• Display of business acumen, must be bilingual.
• Master’s Degree in Business Management and Degree or Diploma in Telecommunication or equivalent field.
