Head of QS and Contracts Department

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Positive leadership and team-building for the staff of the department and overseeing the
development and application development section plans, training programs and the development of the skills of employees and to ensure the best performance and job satisfaction scores for all department employees.

2. Raise the necessary recommendations to the director of design for designation, promotion, termination and renewal of personnel management section.

3. Supervision of interviews and tests of designation for all Section staff, and raise the appropriate recommendations to the Director of Design Management.

4. The development of the application and follow-up procedures that ensure awareness and commitment of all staff to implement Section tasks assigned to them.

5. Coordination with other departments and administrative units design and management to ensure the quality of the functioning of the department.

6. Make decisions and internal circulations for the benefit of the quality of work in the section.

7. The signing of the correspondence and documents authorized to sign it which is belonging to the department.

8. Section representation on committees and joint meetings with the departments and administrative units and other design and management bodies and other.

9. Continuous and periodic meetings with department officials and stakeholders contract to develop and follow-up, coordination and distribution of work in the department.

10. Raise the appropriate action reports and recommendations to the Director of Design Management on the needs of the department of human resources, technical, administrative and equipment and take the necessary follow-up action was.

12. 14. Development and modernization of the high quality of the names and qualifications of contractors and addresses of all grades database, processing revealed Contractors candidates to call for each project when asked, and coordination with the owners in this regard.

15. Receiving inquiries from bidders, and the follow-up to get responses from design departments and other companies contracted by Altorath and the owners of the projects management office, and coordinate responses to inquiries received, and sent to all bidders or the owners (and by controls each project and measures the owner of the project), and retained these important documents (queries and responses), And keep these important documents (queries and responses), and annexed to the contract documents after declining phase is complete.

16. Supervision of the bids analysis procedures, and in coordination with the owner of the projects and processing designation letters and memorandums of assignment (according to each project controls and procedures for the owner of the project).

17. Oversee the coordination and preparation and review (contract) for projects documents and processing of the signing of the Contracting Parties (the owner and the contractor and the Office) to ensure these documents is complete in all respects and full compatibility with the quality requirements Altorath Office (According controls each project and measures the owner of the project).

Overseeing the receipt and formally keep a copy (copy) the original of all (contract) for projects referred to documents for implementation arranged and coordinated the duly signed by the contracting parties, and be conservation in cabinets archive stomach Altorath Office Therefore, according to the highest quality applications in the office.  
Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Architect) or its equivalent in addition to specialized training courses quantities expense and administration to contracts and value engineering with minimum 10 years experience.
