1.Decision maker for all technical and financial aspects in the office.
2.Issuance of instructions to all staff to enhance the work
performance.
3.Recruit, interview and select HODs and managers.
Sign outgoing letters to the client'/contractors/governmental authorities.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. lead and manage of the organization according to the strategic
direction set by the Managements.
2. Set the company strategic plan to be applied in various ways and
develop ways to ensure that goals are realized.
3 . Represent the company at community activities to enhance the
marketing aspects.
4. Held meetings with clients to ensure that the proposed design
meets their expectations.
5. Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the
organization
6. Held meetings with HODs and PMs to follow up the work progress.
7. Provide the required support to all staff to create effective
work environment.
8. implement a performance management process for all staff which
includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis
and conducting an annual performance review
9. Envisioning innovative solutions/ideas to be applied to make
effective decision and solving problems
Commitment with the Group policies and regulations.
BS Civil Engineering with more than 20 years experience with knowledge in Infrastructure.
Must be a professional user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
It is observed that some people start their job from lower ranks and remain in lower ranks for the long period of time while others start their job in lower ranks and use that low rank as their launching pad and start flying in a very short time. Actually the people who got rapid promotion have some capabilities and one could develop those capabilities in him so that he could get the rapid promotion in the job.
