Langley Child Development Centre provides an array of home, community and group based services to over 900 children and their families in the Langley area. Children served have a wide range of abilities.

Little Feathers Playgroup is a drop in programme welcoming parents and caregivers with Aboriginal children from birth to six years of age living in Langley City and Township. Aboriginal culture is the heart of the programme incorporating traditional teachings, stories, drumming and songs. Cultural guidance is provided by a Kwantlen Elder.

Effective immediately, we have a position available:

- Little Feathers Playgroup Coordinator, Regular Part time, 4 days per week, 26 hours per week, 48 weeks per year. One evening per month, September - June, excluding December.

Qualifications: A minimum of ECE Diploma and applicants must meet or exceed the Community Care Act's criteria for employment in a licensed facility.

This position requires union membership with the Health Sciences Association of British Columbia and the established pay grid is equivalent to CSSEA's JJEP Grid 10 classification.
