We are currently looking for an Arabic structural engineers. They work in close partnership with architects and other professional engineers.
structural engineers have to choose appropriate materials to meet design specifications.
tasks may vary depending on the structure being worked on, and size of the team, but can include:
analyzing configurations the basic structural components of a building or other structure.
calculating the pressures. Stresses and strains that each component will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as wind or earthquakes.
considering the strength a various materials, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design!
examining structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity.
making drawings, specifications and computer models of structures.
coordinate with soil laboratories to get soil report.
analyze the soil report and check for any comments.
use design programs and autocad.
perform a variety of tasks.
Qualifications requirement education: bsc civil engineering experience: more than 4 years skill requirements: computer skills :- 1. Autocad (2d) 2. Microsoft office packag(word, excel,.....) 3. Design programs such as ietabs, safe, prokon, sap, etc. Personal skills :- 1. Teamwork skills. 2. Effective listening skills 3. Interpersonal communication/social skills. 4. Ability to work under pressures and stress.
