Sales executive

Full time outdoor sales executive with excellent inter personal skills required for a 14 year old, reputed travel technology company in dubai, with an innovative approach to technology development. Job entails software sales to small and medium enterprises in the travel industry.  Candidates would be required to: • prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer relationship within the travel industry • generate project/business opportunities and rfps through customer contact, to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies • drive the sales process from inquiry/rfp coordination through closing the deal • collaborate with the sales manager to prepare and implement the company's marketing and business development plan and strategy for meeting business goals • track and report current status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments • ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format • follow up with the client along the process of delivery and payments and collection follow up. • liaise internally with other departments such as it development, finance, and account managers. • expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services as per the market demand • contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients. • act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues • prepare weekly customer visit report and sales report. • follow up on customer complaints and provide suitable resolution
• experience in outdoor sales in dubai • uae market knowledge in the travel industry • an understanding of travel industry practices • valid drivers license • verbal communication - should be extremely fluent in english. Additional languages spoken will be a plus, especially arabic. • presentation skills • sales planning and closing skills • candidate must be a graduate. • an understanding of it would help, but not essential.
