Popular Local Theme park in Abu Dhabi is currently hiring for the above position. You will required you to ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Human Resources Department in relation to the Company Core process and Recruit and Retain Colleagues Key Process; thus directly impacting the training and development of all Colleagues. This position assists in the creation and update of training materials and the delivery of training to all Colleagues, impacting on the skills, knowledge and attitudes of every Colleague. Promotes the desired work culture around the Core Values of the Company and our brand philosophy. Provides on-the-job training to departmental trainers.
