To increase the company’s business and market share in waste water solutions in the Commercial and Govt areas of the Riyadh Market by prospecting and business development into new accounts and existing accounts  Aim to achieve this through the company mission of (People-Customer-Profit) and adhere to company values.   a) KEY RESULTS  AREA :-  Sales Pipeline development and management Forecasting Account management and development Coordination with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Product and applications knowledge   KRA 1:- (Sales)  Prospecting and researching new business opportunities, in field customer visits with an objective to move through to sale. Demonstrate a clear understanding of product knowledge and sales applications, keep updated at all times. Developing relationships with customers on a variety of levels in core vertical markets. Formatting a list of target accounts Achieving or exceeding annual sales targets set.   KRA 2:- (Pipeline Development) Building customer contacts and prospects into a qualified working projects list. Follow up with customers to ensure ours is the recommended product for tender. Attending account reviews with management and presenting position quarterly   KRA 3:- (Forecasting )  Complete weekly activity report Complete Forecast monthly and update of working projects file submission to management.   KRA 4:- (Account management) To take responsibility and ownership for all aspects of customer satisfaction with our product and service.2. To follow up on delivery and installation and demonstrate a high level of customer care.   KRA 5:- Administration  1. all customer complaints are attended to and properly reconciled 2.   Adhere to company’s policies and procedures. 3.   Follow collection of debt where appropriate and reinforce the company credit policy. 4.   Act decisively in ensuring delivery and response to enquiries and service issues.   c) JOB SPECIFICATION :  Education Requirements:- Needs to be a Graduate  OR diploma in Commerce with a practical mind and ability to read drawings and specifications.
