Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 15 years local experience in a Contracting environment. Should have at least 5 years experience in a managerial level. Knowledge and experience with preparation of contractual claims (Cost and Time Analysis). Administer, prepare and review Contracts. Negotiation of all type of Contracts, preparation and administration of Subcontract Agreements in line with Main Contracts, Familiar with all type of Consortium Agreement, MOU, JV Agreements. Good knowledge and understanding of International building contracts, Familiar with all type of FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
