Fully competent in all aspects of baking and pastry
- Minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience as (Assistant) Pastry Chef in the Bakery Department within a Hotel, Resort or Restaurant operation.
- Previous work in all decorative media such as sugar and pastry.
- 2+ plus years prior pastry management experience
- With experience in catering.
