Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the teams to execute the Operations Schedule to maximize compliance and ensures that deviations from schedule are investigated and addressed
• Reviews critical activities in the Daily Operations Schedule, contributes to weekly and 3 month planning
•  Ensures that operations are focused on achieving budgeted production, operating efficiency and asset management plan, while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Critically review operating performance and support problem solving using structured processes

Key Requirements:
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in coaching and mentoring         
• Excellent troubleshooting ability/problem solving skills
• Project Management skills • Ability to cope with multiple priorities and learn new categories very fast Should be available in UAE. Candidate outside UAE should not apply.
