oftware Technology Company is looking for Male Customer Support Representative who will be dealing directly with the clients, responding promptly to their inquiries, knows how to handle and resolve customer’s complaints. Track, monitor and follow up on customer transactions, maintain good relationship with the clients.
Ideal candidate must possess the following criteria:
-       Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. He must have exceptional knowledge of customer service principles.
-       Ability to resolve customer issues, inquiries, complaints and all other customer transactions.
-       Ability to think quickly and logically, paying attentively and ensure practical response to customer.
-       Ability to use “Positive Language” , with positive and cheery personality
-       Ability to “Read customers” and with good interaction skills
-       Must be goal oriented, knows how to work under pressure, with good work ethic, willingness and have the initiative to do what needs to be done.
