Document Controller Temporary

Temporary Document Controller – URGENTLY required for a Real Estate Development Company in UAE. Candidate should have a degree in accounting/commerce with 3 – 4 years experience in the similar role.
Selected candidate will be mainly responsible for receiving, tracking and monitoring documents using document management system and payment tracking system to register documents, maintain database and produces logs, transmittals and other reports as required. Duties include controlling the filing system and scanning, distribution of controlled documents, arranging document delivery and coordinating with clients and contractors. Provide support in sorting and organizing invoices, cheque requests and preparing bank transfer letters. Should be a computer literate and possess excellent communication skills. (Ref: 14247).
