We seek qualified and experienced “Project Manager” for one of our design and build projects in Abu Dhabi.   Successful candidate must be aged between 35-45yrs, should be energetic with exceptionally good managerial and leadership skills , and must possess excellent English communication skills.   Must have good knowledge of FIDIC contracts and should have proven experience in variation and claims. Prior experience in Risk Assessment and Risk Management is an added advantage. Must have construction background with proven ability to act as PM for a project independently.
A degree in an Engineering or Business related discipline is required Post Graduate education such as a Master In Engineering or MBA is highly desired Must have on site Project experience from initial design through to handover and completion.15 or more years’ of working on Multi- Million Dirhams projects within the Construction field. Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work related issues Strong Management and communication Demonstrates a determination, desire to succeed and a wish to progress and develop within a commercial role. Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and strong user skill level within MS Office or Primavera Excellent numerical and communication skills     This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
